WCS Public Sector Consulting established roots in the area of workers’ compensation and grew into a company known for its reliability and consistency. Through well-developed networks and building upon successful projects, WCS has branched out and offers analysis, research, and project management services to a range of public-sector entities. It is our goal that every solution we deliver is the result of analysis that is tailored to the client’s specific needs. Although we utilize proven methodologies, we recognize that no project is “one size fits all.” Our experience and commitment to results enable us to assist with critical advance work and maintain engagement throughout the project to address concerns and challenges as they arise. WCS Public Sector Consulting helps clients minimize and mitigate project risk through identifying needs, creating successful solution designs, establishing actionable plans, and staying engaged throughout delivery.

MEET WCS
Matt Bryant
Matt Bryant, President and principal owner of WCS Public Sector Consulting, has over twenty-five years of professional experience, with a focus on project management, process analysis and re-design, and strategic planning. He was a staff attorney and administrator with the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission for several years, is active with several professional boards and committees, and has served as chair of the Associate Member Council of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions. Matt is a licensed attorney and a PMI-certified project management professional.
GREG KROHM
Greg Krohm, PhD, CPCU, ARM, serves as the Research and Analytics Practice Lead for WCS Public Sector Consulting, guiding the firm's data and analytics program. He served as director of the Wisconsin Division of Workers' Compensation and executive director of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions. A well respected author and speaker, Greg has a PhD in Economics and holds the CPCU and ARM insurance designations.
FRAN DAVIS
Fran Davis, Senior Business Analyst, has over 14 years of experience in workers’ compensation with the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims. She served as Division Director of Information and Research for seven years with a primary focus on data extraction and analysis. Fran also served as project manager for Kentucky’s online claims management system and was key in developing annual reports and publication of the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Guidebook. Additionally, Fran served four years on the IAIABC EDI Council, and held positions as the Claims Committee Vice Chair and served on the Implementation Team, responsible for migration of data among EDI releases.
